The 1200cc Speed Twin is a modern classic custom roadster that introduces next generation dynamic capability with class-leading handling and performance in a beautifully modern custom style.
Supported by advanced rider technology, the new Speed Twin new performance icon has a totally intuitive and accessible feel, exhilarating torque delivery and a distinctive British twin sound.

DEDICATED NEW CHASSIS
A new frame with engaged roadster ergonomics has been evolved from the Thruxton R, for a dynamic modern roadster ride and a thrilling intuitive feel.

HIGH SPECIFICATION SUSPENSION SET-UP
For class-leading handling and feel, the Speed Twin has 41mm-diameter front forks with cartridge damping and up to 120mm travel. The twin rear suspension set-up has adjustable spring preload and up to 120mm of travel.

ADVANCED RIDER TECHNOLOGY
Designed to improve the riding experience, motorcycle technology featured on the Speed Twin includes three riding modes with Sport, Road and Rain, LED lighting, twin clocks, USB charging socket, immobiliser, and accessory-fit Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).

ABS & SWITCHABLE TRACTION CONTROL
The ride-by-wire system manages the Speed Twin's high torque delivery including the Anti-locking Braking System and switchable traction control, which automatically adjusts throttle delivery if traction is compromised.

COMFORTABLE ENGAGED RIDING POSITION
The Speed Twin's accessible low seat height and roadster ergonomics encourage a relaxed riding position, with tapered handlebars featuring new upper yoke and risers, and a comfortable peg location that's 38mm forward and 4mm lower than the Thruxton's.

HIGH SPECIFICATION BREMBO BRAKES
A confidence-inspiring brake set-up includes twin Brembo 4-piston axial calipers with twin floating discs on the front, and Nissin 2-piston floating caliper and single disc on the rear.

TORQUE-ASSIST CLUTCH
The torque-assist clutch is optimised to reduce the rider's lever effort, making the Speed Twin more comfortable over longer journeys as well as for shorter rides that involves lots of stop-start riding.
